By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help outline our
professional relationship.

Booking & Scheduling

To book a media session with Avance Media, please contact us via email, phone,
or our online booking system. All necessary details, including date, time, location, and required services,
must be confirmed before securing your booking.

Scheduling & Availability

We will accommodate your preferred dates whenever possible; however, bookings are subject to availability. A minimum of three (3) business days’ notice is required for new bookings.

 

Rescheduling

If a shoot must be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen factors, we will work with you to find a suitable new date at no additional cost, subject to availability. Please note that refunds will not be issued for rescheduled bookings.

 

Payment Terms

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your spot and enables us to begin preparations. The remaining 75% is due before receiving the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or online invoicing.
Payment details will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

The client is responsible for providing necessary materials, props, models,
locations, and any required permits. Any issues arising during production not caused by Avance Media
may affect the project’s overall value.

Production Issues

If issues arise during the shoot not within our control, we will work with you to

resolve them. Additional time or adjustments may result in extra fees.

Overtime & Extra Time Charges

 

Any additional time required during the shoot or post-production will incur a charge of $150 per hour, per staff member. This charge does not include extra travel time and will be discussed if necessary. Unforeseen production costs will also be billed accordingly.

Pre- & Post-Production

 

Pre-Production

Avance Media is not responsible for failing to capture content outside of the pre-agreed brief. All content must be outlined before production to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

 

Revisions

Two full revisions are included in the service. Any additional changes outside the initial scope will be subject to an extra charge of $150 per hour for revisions.

 

Intellectual Property & Usage

 

Ownership of Final Deliverables

The client will own the rights to the final video or media upon full payment. However, Avance Media retains the right to use the video for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

Third-Party Usage

Clients may not sell, license, or transfer the work to third parties without prior written consent from Avance Media.

 

Project Delivery

 

Delivery Timeframe

Final deliverables will be provided within an agreed timeframe, typically within 10 business days. If faster delivery is required, additional fees may apply.

 

Revisions & Final Approval

A preview will be sent to you, and after reviewing, you can submit a revision request. Once full payment is received, the final media will be delivered.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Avance Media is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather disruptions, third-party interference, or technical issues. We will take all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee that no issues will arise.

 

Governing Law & Updates

 

Jurisdiction

Avance Media is a Sydney, Australia-based company that operates internationally. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By engaging with Avance Media, you agree that any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, except where local laws in other jurisdictions mandate otherwise.

Policy Updates

Avance Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be bound by the most recent version of the terms.
